Recipes for the RepairVite Diet

After some more extensive research and laboratory testing, we have discovered that some patients are cross-reactive to many different types of food. Sometimes the only way to get the gut and nervous system to calm down is to implement a diet which restricts all potential allergenic foods. When you hear “all allergenic” you are probably wondering what that means… I’ll explain that in an upcoming blog called “Why RepairVite”.

Based upon your lab results, Dr. Matt may ask you to complete the RepairVite diet. This is not an easy diet- by any means- but it is doable. This blog was written to assist you in preparing variations of foods that are allowed while on the diet.

These recipes have not been reviewed individually, so they may contain foods on the “Foods To Avoid” list. If you find an ingredient on the “Foods To Avoid” list, you should try to replace it with something on the “Foods To Eat” list or a substitute. Please become familiar with these lists, because they supersede any ingredients listed in these recipes. They have been posted to give you IDEAS on how to prepare different meals on a restrictive diet, such as the RepairVite diet.
